在六世纪以前，朝鲜半岛基本上是百济和高句丽两强相争，新罗立国虽久，但力弱不足与争。到六世纪中叶，原本国力孱弱，靠依恃强国以自保的新罗一跃而为半岛强国，全面参入半岛的争霸斗争，使半岛形势为之一变，也使东北亚政局进入了一个新的时代。倭国相当于日本弥生文化后期开始到大和（300～593年）时代和飞鸟时代（604～645年）。六、七世纪，倭国经过圣德太子改革和大化改新进入封建社会。在成长为封建国家的过程中，倭国不断从中国和朝鲜半岛三国吸收先进文化。因任那问题而激化的倭罗矛盾，导致了倭国与新罗的紧张对峙。倭国鉴于倭丽关系的改善和结好、倭济关系的传统友谊，而采取联络高句丽和百济，共同打击新罗的政策。与此同时，倭国也尽力协调与隋朝的关系。本文拟以六、七世纪东北亚国际关系为背景，探讨在剧变的国际环境中为自存展开的百济与倭的关系及其特点。

Before the sixth century, Baekje and Goguryeo are the main strong kingdoms that compete with each other on the Korean peninsula. Although Silla had been founded for a long time, it did not posses enough power to compete with the other two kingdoms. However, in the middle of the sixth century, Silla, which had weak power and depended on the strong country to defend itself, became the one of the most powerful country on the peninsula. It participated in the scrambling for supremacy and converted the situation on the peninsula, in the meanwhile, took the Northeast Asia into a new era. Wo is from the later period of Yayoi culture to koufun period (300~593 A.D.) and Asuka period (604~645 A.D.). In the sixth and seventh century Wo entered into feudal society through reform of shengde prince and dahua. In the process of becoming feudal society, Wo absorbed advanced culture from China and the three countries on the Korean peninsula continuously. The Imna issue intensified the contradiction between Wo and Silla and it resulted in the tense confrontation of the two countries. Wo carried out the policy of contacting Baekje and Goguryeo to attack Silla in consideration of the improvement with Wo-Goguryeo relationship and the traditional friendship of Wo-Baekje relation. Simultaneously, Wo also tried their best to coordinate the relationship with the Sui Dynasty. This paper will take the international relationship in the Northeast Asia during the sixth and seventh century as the background to examine the proceeded relationship between Baekje and Wo in order to survive in the international environment of violent change.
