摘 要 自1978年中共11届3中全会以来，经过多年的发展，延边农业和农村经济发展已经进入了一个新的历史阶段。但因后续性的农业改革措施未能跟上，农业生产逐渐陷入停滞状态。为了进一步促进延边地区的农业发展，改善农业结构，本研究主要以比较优势理论为依据，以延边地区及其所属8个县市的主要种植业和饲养业共15种农产品的为考察对象，主要采用立地商(Location Quotient)概念求出延边州各县市农产品立地商系数，并结合标准偏差来判断该产品在该地区的性质（是属于核心作物还是主产作物，还是非特化作物）、考察第一阶段和第二阶段的变化，并据此得出延吉应加快推进以精品农业、质量农业、休闲旅游农业为主要内容的城郊型农业的发展；图们应当优先发展的是蔬菜、西瓜、家禽、玉米、猪、羊；敦化应当优先发展豆类和羊、牛、中药材和家禽、烟叶；珲春应优先发展的作物是稻谷、中药材、蔬菜、甜瓜、牛、家禽；龙井的是稻谷和玉米、烟叶、羊、牛和猪；和龙是稻谷；汪清是糖类和烟叶、油料、薯类；安图是中药材和牛的结论。在结论基础上提出了进一步转变政府在农业结构调整中的角色；不断加快农业科技进步，提高农产品科技含量；强化基础建设，完善服务体系的建议。

Abstract Since 11 sessions of 3 CCP plenary conferences, after many years development, the economy in Yanbian agriculture and village has got into a new historical stage. But because the agriculture reform is not suitable for the later period economical development, agriculture the production sinks into stagnation gradually. For further promoting and structure improvement in the agriculture of Yanbian region, this research mainly take compares the superiority theory as the basis, and take the 15 kind of planter industry and cultivation industry in 8 counties and cities of Yanbian as the research object. The main method is using the concept of Location Quotient to sign a ground of company's coefficient in each county and city of Yanbian. And the union standard deviation judges this product in this local nature (which is belong to, a lord to produce farm crop or non-typical farm crop). With the investigate result of the varieties product in first stage and second stage, we got the result about postpone the YANJI exquisite article agriculture, quality agriculture, recreation tour agriculture for main contents of cities suburb type agriculture of develop. Tumen must give priority to development is the vegetables, the watermelon, the domesticated fowl, the corn, and the Cultivation industry of the pig and the sheep. Dunhua must give priority to development the legumes and the sheep, the cow, the traditional Chinese medicine and the domesticated fowl, the leaf tobacco. Hunchun should give priority to development the crops are the rough rice, the traditional Chinese medicine, the vegetables, the melon, the cow, and the domesticated fowl. The Longjing should give priority to the rice and the corn, the leaf tobacco, and the cultivation for the sheep, the pig and the cow. The superior to Helong is rice, and Wangqing is the production of sugar and tobacco, the oil and potato. Antu should give priority to Chinese herbal medicine and the production of cow. With that result we can conclude that the government should change the role in adjustment of agricultural structure. We must higher the speed of the progress in technical of agriculture and add the technical to the production of agriculture. We also give the advice of strengthening infrastructure and consummate the service system.
